Self-Discovery Journal
How it Started…
When I initially began creating this journal, its purpose was to be a tool for my former self. A woman who had lost touch with her identity and the joys of life. When I began my journey to reclaim my identity, I found myself without guiding tools or mentors. It was a lonely journey, a battle within myself. I posed difficult questions, unraveling my beliefs, fears and resentments to uncover and recreate the woman I was meant to be.
While it inherently serves as a tool for self-reflection, its potential is magnified when coupled with the presence of a skilled coach, mentor and even a therapist or counselor.

Don’t have a coach or therapist to guide you through the journaling process? No worries you have options:
You can purchase a journal and navigate it on your own
You can work with me 1-1 or as part of group coaching
Journaling can be a powerful tool to enhance communication between coaches, mentors, therapists and their clients
Here are several ways in which journaling can facilitate this process:
Self-reflection
Increased self-awareness
Enhanced introspection
Improved articulation
Documentation and continuity
Facilitating difficult conversations
