Post military, I experienced my own challenges navigating the transition from military to civilian life, a journey I've seen many comrades struggle with as well. The transition process presents unique challenges for our veteran community—challenges that, when understood, unlock the door to transformative solutions.

The individual I was when I was 17 years old bears little resemblance to who I am today. There have been instances where I've felt disconnected from my true self and had to embark on the journey of self-discovery. At the beginning of my journey, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize my own reflection. It was one of the saddest moments of my life but it was also the reality check I needed to make a change.

I've come to acknowledge that self-discovery is a continual, lifelong journey. It's easy to lose sight of ourselves through life’s various stages and seasons. However, dedicating ourselves to the ongoing process of exploring our true identity - and what doesn't align with it - can provide us with a profound comprehension of ourselves. This can result in increased self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal development.

My goal is to constantly explore and uncover new aspects of myself, as well as find my voice. Moreover, I am aware that my life experiences and personal narrative have the potential to serve as a source of motivation and inspiration for others in their pursuit of growth, discovery and purpose.

If you are searching for a badass mentor and community, you came to the right place. It’s time to stop wandering through life on auto-pilot and commit to discovering The Authentic You!

I am passionate about empowering women and veterans to boldly explore their identity, find their voice, and fearlessly pursue their purpose.

I am a certified trainer, coach and speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. I am also a Retired Army veteran, advocate, mentor, podcaster, and amateur creator.

At the age of 17, I enlisted in the military with no intention of turning it into a long-term career. However, I ended up dedicating 20 years of my life to serving. The military became a part of who I was and it made me into the woman I am today. During my time in the military and throughout my personal life, I noticed a lack of community and guidance for women.
